What to expect from Therapy?

  • For you to feel welcomed and validated for who you are

  • Understanding your thoughts, emotions & behavioral patterns. Identify root causes and working with them

  • Understanding what is healthy and unhealthy for you, what patterns are you stuck in, and how to cope better

  • We believe that humans are empowered to solve their own problems as soon as they become aware of the problem areas. A therapist guides you in becoming more aware and independent in solving your own problems

  • You may know where you’re stuck and where you need to reach, but therapy helps you learn “how” to do that. Our therapists collaborates with the clients to uncover root causes that may not be visible to you, followed by life skills training- Scientific psychological tools and techniques to build skills for healthy coping

  • Sometimes, people find that their actions don’t align with their deeper values, which can cause inner conflict. Therapy can help you identify where you might be living out of sync with your values and work toward making changes that bring your life closer to what you truly want.

  • Therapy helps you explore your identity, uniqueness, strengths, values and aspirations, which further help you align your purpose with what brings you happiness and who you want to be.

  • With time, you will beagle to manage better and reach closer
